Workplace policy and management practices to improve the health and wellbeing of employees: NICE guideline.
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is consulting on draft guidance on workplace policies and practices that can help improve employees' health and wellbeing, which updates existing guidance to include recommendations specific to those aged 50 or over, including: avoiding stereotypical assumptions; offering training for changed job roles; tailoring training; and recognising broader life stages.
