Working time: EAT case re rest breaks - Grange v Abellio London Ltd [EAT] 16.11.16 (Unreported)
The entitlement to a rest break for workers under the Working Time Regulations 1998 reg.12(1) required employers not merely to permit the taking of rest breaks, but to proactively ensure that working arrangements allowed for them to take those breaks.
