Women on boards

Last year Lord Davies undertook a review of women on boards and recommended that FTSE 100 companies should aim for a minimum of 25% female representation by 2015. The first annual progress report on the review has just been published which indicates that women currently account for 15.6% of all directorships, up from 12.5%.
