Without Prejudice and settlement agreements seminar

We are running a seminar on Without Prejudice and settlement agreements in Edinburgh (15th November), Aberdeen (20th November) and Glasgow (21st November). Paul McMahon and I will be talking about what the Government proposals could mean for the resolution of disputes and negotiated exits.

While many employee issues can be resolved through normal HR processes, every HR and legal practitioner has had experience of the business who want an employment issue resolved through a negotiated exit without going through the full process.

Following high profile proposals from the Government, this practical session is designed to equip you to coach managers through “that conversation” – what you can and can’t say and how to pitch any exit deal. It will also look at the new settlement agreements proposed by the Government and will analyse what the new proposals will mean for businesses dealing with this all too familiar situation.
