Mistreatment of migrant workers by employers - Discrimination against employees on basis of their vulnerability as result of their immigration status - Whether constituting race discrimination. HELD employee's appeal refused. the applicants had not suffered race discrimination because the reason for their abuse by the respondents was not nationality but their vulnerability as a particular kind of migrant worker.
