Whether Equality Act provision applying to employed staff working for British forces in Afghanistan - R. (on the application of Hottak) v Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs [QBD (Admin)] 08.07.15 (Unreported)

The provisions governing discrimination in relation to employee benefits in the Equality Act 2010 s.39(2) did not apply to locally employed staff working for the British forces in Afghanistan.
