Whether employee's negligence amounting to gross misconduct - Adesokan v Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd [CA] 24.01.17

A judge had been entitled to find that an employee was guilty of gross misconduct where, through gross negligence, he had failed to ensure that a key company procedure concerning staff engagement was properly carried out.
