Fixed-term contracts and age discrimination: CJEU judgment - Van der Vlist v Bio Philippe Auguste SARL (2015) (C-432/14) [ECJ] 01.10.15 (Unreported)

Excluding young persons who did temporary work during their school holidays or university vacation from entitlement to an insecurity payment payable in the event that employment under a fixed-term contract was not followed by an offer of permanent employment was not contrary to the principle of non-discrimination on grounds of age.
