Uber to take employment case to Supreme Court
Uber is to take its employment rights case to the Supreme Court, after its claim that staff should be classified as self-employed rather than "workers", thus denying them rights such as holiday pay and minimum wage, was rejected by the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
