Uber granted appeal by EAT
The EAT has granted Uber the right to appeal against an Administrative Court ruling in R. (on the application of Uber) v Transport for London that its UK drivers should be classed as workers with rights to sick pay and the minimum wage. The company will argue in September 2017 that its 40,000 drivers are free to work when they want.Link to article
