Tribunal procedure: meaning of "an email address" - Galloway v Wood Group UK Ltd [EAT] 18.01.19 (Unreported)

The phrase "an email address" in the Employment Tribunals (Early Conciliation: Exemptions and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2014 Sch.1 para.9(2) meant an actual email address, not an address that had never been set up or registered to any user.
