Tribunal procedure: entering default judgment in undefended claim - Limoine v Sharma [EAT] 09.07.19 (Unreported)
Where an employment tribunal claim was undefended, the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 Sch.1 para.21(2) required an employment judge to decide whether the claim could properly be determined and judgment entered, if not a hearing was to be fixed.
