Tribunal procedure - difference between oral reasons and written judgment - Ministry of Justice v Blackford [EAT] 06.03.18 (Unreported)
There was nothing in the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 Sch.1 para.62(2) to preclude a tribunal from announcing its conclusions orally at the end of a hearing and providing a written judgment containing its reasons later.
