The Statutory Paternity Pay, Statutory Adoption Pay and Statutory Shared Parental Pay (Amendment) Regulations 2015 SI 2015/2065

In Force: 1 February 2016 These regulations amend the Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Adoption Pay (General) Regulations 2002 and the Statutory Shared Parental Pay (General) Regulations 2014. They make provision as to the meaning of a "week" for the purposes of determining whether a person has been in employed earner's employment with an employer for a continuous period of at least 26 weeks.
