The Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998: has it stood the test of time or does it need refreshing?

Considers whether the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 still provides an appropriate framework in light of subsequent amendments and international developments. Notes the uncertainty following the introduction of the public interest test in 2013, qualifying and protected disclosures and the nature of the protection and makes suggestions for reform.
