The Exclusivity Terms in Zero Hours Contracts (Redress) Regulations 2015. SI 2015/2021
In Force: 11 January 2016 These Regulations make provision in relation to the right for individuals on a zero hours contract not to be unfairly dismissed or subjected to a detriment for a reason relating to a breach of a provision of a zero hours contract to which the Employment Rights Act 199 s.27A(3) applies.http://origin-www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2015/2021/pdfs/uksi_20152021_en.pdf
