The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017. SI 2017
In Force: 31 March 2017 These Regulations impose specific duties, including gender pay gap reporting requirements, on specified public authorities. The purpose of the duties is to enable the better performance by the authorities of the public sector equality duty imposed by the Equality Act 2010 s.149(1) which requires public authorities to have due regard, in the exercise of their functions, to specified equality aims.http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2017/353/pdfs/uksi_20170353_en.pdf
