The Employment Rights Act 1996 (Itemised Pay Statement) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2018. SI 2018/529
In Force: 6 April 2019. This instrument amends the Employment Rights Act 1996 Pt 1, to confer the right to an itemised pay statement and associated enforcement provisions upon all workers.
