Taxman sued for hitting Credit Suisse bankers' bonuses
Credit Suisse is taking the taxman to court in an effort to claw back millions of pounds it paid in the former Labour government’s super-tax on bankers’ bonuses. The Swiss bank is trying to recoup at least £239m, which it paid to HM Revenue & Customs for the temporary levy on bonuses in 2010.Link to article
