Supreme Court judgment in indirect discrimination case - Essop v Home Office (UK Border Agency) [SupCrt EW] 05.04.17 (Unreported)

The Equality Act 2010 s.19 did not require a claimant alleging indirect discrimination to prove the reason why a provision, criterion or practice put the affected group at a particular disadvantage.
