Solicitor's whistleblowing claim - Wilsons Solicitors LLP v Roberts [CA] 26.01.18
The Employment Appeal Tribunal had not erred in determining that a solicitor who had been lawfully expelled from a Limited liability partnership could claim compensation for post-termination losses suffered as a result of making protected disclosures under the Employment Rights Act 1996 s.47B, providing he could demonstrate that such losses were attributable to earlier unlawful treatment.http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWCA/Civ/2018/52.html
