Refusal by employee to accept significant unilateral change to contract - Pujante Rivera v Gestora Clubs Dir S.L.. Case C-422/14 (C-422/14) [ECJ] 11.11.15 (Unreported)

The termination of an employment contract following the worker's refusal to accept a significant unilateral change to essential elements of the contract which operated to his detriment constituted a redundancy for the purpose of Directive 98/59.
