Privy Council decision re employer's liability for traffic accident - University of Technology, Mauritius v Gopeechand [PC (Mau)] 08.10.18 (Unreported)

An employer, which was under a contractual obligation to provide its employee with transport between his place of work and his usual place of residence, was liable in damages for breach of contract after the employee sustained injuries in a road traffic accident whilst being driven home from work by another employee.
