PM to enforce higher minimum wage

In an article in the Times, the Prime Minister states that the higher minimum wage will only work if is properly enforced and said company bosses face higher fines and disqualification as directors for up to 15 years if they fail to comply. Under the plans to enforce the minimum wage, fines for non-payment will double, with a penalty of 200 per cent of unpaid wages, up to a maximum of £20,000.
