Our response to the consultation on extending redundancy protections for women and new parents
A response from the Equality and Human Rights Commission to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy consultation on extending the current redundancy protection for women and new parents afforded under the Maternity and Parental Leave, etc Regulations 1999 to cover the period of pregnancy and a period after, an extension of 6 months.
