Motivating your workforce in uncertain times
Much has been written about the impact of the fall in the price of oil on employment in Aberdeen. For those still in jobs, these are uncertain times, with many working harder and, in many cases, for less money. Some will be trying to come to terms with colleagues having been made redundant, whilst worrying about their own job security. How can employers engage, motivate and incentivise their workforce at a time when throwing money at the situation simply isn’t an option?
