'Morally bankrupt' law firm sued over sexual and racist abuse of staff

One of the UK's biggest high-street law firms is being sued by a former partner over allegations that it created a "morally bankrupt environment" featuring sexual harassment, bullying, assault and racism, an employment tribunal heard. McMillan Williams, which owns 27 offices in London and the southeast of England and is preparing to be floated on the London Stock Exchange, prides itself on having "diversity in our DNA" as well as commitments to legal aid and charity. It has won awards for its support of working mothers as well as sponsoring Brighton Pride.
