Modern Slavery Act – supply chain duties now in force and guidance published
Last week the supply chain transparency obligations under the Modern Slavery Act came into force, imposing new requirements on organisations including a requirement to publish a slavery and human trafficking statement every year. The government has now published accompanying guidance.
