Meaning of "return to work" in disability benefit case - ICTS (UK) Ltd v Visram [CA] 20.02.20 (Unreported)

The phrase "return to work" in relation to an employer's contractual obligation to pay long-term disability benefit was interpreted as referring to when the employee was able to return to the position he had held immediately before his absence on sick leave. It did not mean that the benefit would only be payable for so long as the employee was unable to perform any suitable alternative work.
