Lawyer faces criticism for alleged use of a NDA

David Greene, a vice-president of the Law Society, has been accused of signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with an allegedly vulnerable employee while at the same time developing guidance for the profession on the use of NDAs, in a case before an employment tribunal in which a lawyer alleges that he was unfairly dismissed because he exposed Mr Greene's firm's behaviour towards a vulnerable female solicitor. Mr Greene and his firm, Edwin Coe, deny the allegations.
