L v Q Ltd [CA] 09.08.19 (Unreported)

Apart from national security cases, there was no explicit power in the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 to prohibit publication of a judgment altogether. Although anonymisation of the parties and witnesses had been appropriate in the circumstances of a particular disability discrimination claim, to redact the details of the disabilities and the consequences relied on would fundamentally undermine understanding of the employment tribunal's judgment.
