Kiani v Secretary of State for the Home Department [CA] 21.07.15 (Unreported)
The Employment Appeal Tribunal had properly applied the principles in Tariq v Home Office and ZZ (France) v Secretary of State for the Home Department when finding that exclusion and non-disclosure orders made under the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004 Sch.1 para.54 complied with ECHR art.6.
