Investigation in employment disputes – 10 do’s and don’ts
It was standing room only yesterday when we hosted a seminar in Edinburgh on the 10 do’s and don’ts when investigating employment disputes. Discussion focussed on the best approach to investigations in grievances and disciplinary cases which arise from allegations of discrimination, bullying and personality clashes.
