Holiday Pay: Guidance on calculating holiday pay for workers without fixed hours or pay

Updated guidance from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy concerns how to calculate statutory holiday pay for workers without fixed hours or fixed rates of pay. The changes relate to the "reference period" used to calculate holiday pay. As of 6 April 2020, the reference period is 52 weeks rather than 12 weeks.
