Herbert Smith Freehills men given 30% bigger bonuses than women
According to The Lawyer magazine, data from London law firm Herbert Smith Freehills shows that women in the firm received 30% smaller bonuses than their male colleagues in 2017. The figures also reveal that women were paid on average an hourly rate of almost 20% less than the men in the practice.
