Genral Court's judgment in fixed-term workers case - Grupo Norte Facility, S.A. v Gómez (2018) (C-574/16) [ECJ GC] 05.06.18 (Unreported)

It was not discriminatory against fixed-term workers if they were not entitled to compensation on the agreed expiry of their employment contracts, whereas workers whose employment contracts were terminated on dismissal by the employer on objective grounds were so entitled.
