Gender pay gap

A Legal Ombudsman gender pay gap report highlights that on average, as at 5 April 2017, male staff were paid 10% more than female staff. It details a number of initiatives underway through its modernisation programme, including changes to its management structure, flexible working, and a focus on career pathways.
