Gender pay gap rules 'make no difference'
Legislation that was introduced three years ago and requires large employers to publish reports on the gender pay gap has become one of the many temporary casualties of Covid-19. Several weeks ago ministers suspended this year's reporting obligations and campaigners have seized on the move to urge reform in what they say is a flawed system.Link to article
