Equality and Human Rights Commission threatens legal action over sex harassment in FTSE 100 companies
The Equality and Human Rights Commission has written to the FTSE 100 companies and other leading organisations asking them to supply evidence of the safeguards they have in place to prevent sexual harassment and to ensure that it can be safely reported without fear of retribution. They have until 19 January 2018. The Commission has warned that if it is not satisfied or discovers evidence of systematic failings, it will consider exercising its enforcement powers.Link to article
