Equal pay: choice of comparator in occupational pension scheme case - Parker v MDU Services Ltd [EAT] 07.11.17 (Unreported)

An employment tribunal had not erred in its choice of comparator when deciding whether an occupational pension scheme discriminated against employees who had worked both full-time and part-time. Nor had it misinterpreted the Equality Act 2010 s.61.
