Encouraging employers to advertise jobs as flexible
A Government Equalities Office report presents the interim results of a randomised controlled trial with a job site to encourage employers to advertise roles as flexible, which show that small changes to the choice architecture of job posting can encourage employers to advertise more jobs with flexible working options and that jobs advertised in such a way tend to attract more jobseekers. The identity of the job site will be disclosed in the final report.
