Employment tribunal disclosure orders and the right to a fair trial - Sarnoff v YZ [EAT] 06.05.20 (Unreported)

An order for disclosure under the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 Sch.1 para.31 could be made against a person who was not physically present in Great Britain at the time when the order was made. The wording in r.31 referred to the place where disclosure would take place and where the employment tribunal was located, not to the place where the disclosing party was located.
