Employment tribunal disclosure orders and the right to a fair trial - Sarnoff v YZ [EAT] 06.05.20 (Unreported)
An order for disclosure under the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 Sch.1 para.31 could be made against a person who was not physically present in Great Britain at the time when the order was made.
