Employment: Discrimination: Written question - 25001

In response to a written question asking if the Equality Act 2010 s.124, enabling tribunals to make wider recommendations to tackle discrimination in the workforce, will be re-introduced, the Minister for Women and Equalities states it has no plans to reinstate s.124(3)(b) and that Tribunals already had and continue to have the power to make critical observations about an employer's processes and procedures.
