Employer's duty of good faith: case re pension scheme changes - IBM United Kingdom Holdings Ltd v Dalgleish [CA] 03.08.17 (Unreported)

An employer's appeal was allowed against a decision that proposed changes to its defined benefits occupational pension scheme were unlawful because of a breach of the implied duty of good faith. The employer was not required to carry out a further consultation exercise before implementing the changes.
