Employee with Asperger's not given fair hearing - Galo v Bombardier Aerospace UK [CA (NI)] 02.06.16 (Unreported)
A man suffering from Asperger's Syndrome had not been accorded a fair hearing before an employment tribunal in circumstances where it had failed to take his disability into account and to make reasonable adjustments to compensate for it, and for the fact that he was unrepresented at the hearing.
