EAT whistleblowing decision - International Petroleum Ltd v Osipov [EAT] 19.07.17 (Unreported)
The whistleblowing provisions in the Employment Rights Act 1996 s.47B(2)(b) did not exclude fellow workers or an employer's agents from liability for detriments amounting to dismissal.
