Temporary agency workers - Interpretation of relevant legislation - Advertising of vacant posts. HELD that the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 reg.13 gave temporary agency workers the right to be informed of relevant vacant posts at the end-user's undertaking; it did not confer a right to apply or be interviewed for any particular post.
