EAT decision in Uber case re "worker" status - Uber BV v Aslam [EAT] 10.11.17 (Unreported)
The employment tribunal had been entitled to conclude that Uber London Ltd employed drivers as "workers", for the purposes of the Employment Rights Act 1996 s.230(3)(b).
