Equality Act: detriment suffered by corporate body - EAD Solicitors LLP v Abrams [EAT] 05.06.15 (Unreported)
A corporate body which was a member of a limited liability partnership could claim to have suffered detriment because of the protected characteristic of an individual who happened to be its principal shareholder and member.
