Equality Act: detriment suffered by corporate body - EAD Solicitors LLP v Abrams [EAT] 05.06.15 (Unreported)
A corporate body which was a member of a limited liability partnership could claim to have suffered detriment because of the protected characteristic of an individual who happened to be its principal shareholder and member. The Equality Act 2010 did not specify that the protected characteristic had to be held by the person suffering the detriment
