Disability discrimination and reasonable adjustments - Pulman v Merthyr Tydfil College Ltd [EAT] 28.04.17 (Unreported)

When determining a claim for disability discrimination under the Equality Act 2010 s.15, and a claim that the employer had failed to make reasonable adjustments under s.20, employment tribunals had to consider the statutory provisions separately. The concept of justification under s.15 was not the same as reasonableness under s.20.
